I have items in my cart but I can’t check out. Why?
The store is only able to be purchased from when it is open. If the store is closed it is still able to be viewed and items are still able to be added to carts; though you will not be able to check out. 

 

When is the next store opening? 
The store should always be open BUT if the store is closed at anytime it will reopens on the 1st or 15th of the month at 3pm MST (whichever is closer)

 

How long before my order ships?
This shop runs on a 2 week processing time. This means that it will take two weeks from the time your order is placed to your order being packed and shipped. If for any reason your order should take longer an email will be sent informing you of any issues that have prevented shipment (wrong address, incomplete address, inventory error, etc). 

How long will my stickers take to get to me after I get the email that they have shipped?
Domestic (United States) orders should arrive within 3-5 days of your shipping notification. International orders should arrive within 2-4 weeks of your shipping notification.

 

My tracking number isn't working, what do I do?
In the instance where your international tracking link does not work please email Whiskey either directly or through the stores contact page. Sometimes it only likes to load from the original tracking link on the admin side. 

 

Are all of the stickers waterproof? 
Yes! All stickers are both waterproof and weatherproof. This means that they are okay to put on things that spend some time outdoors (bikes, skateboards, helmets, cars). Clear stickers may see wear before matte vinyl. 

 

Can I make a suggestion for a sticker or other products to be made?
Absolutely! Whiskey loves hearing feedback and new ideas. Some of the most popular items in the store are fan requests! If you have an idea please email Whiskey either directly or through the stores contact page. We can't promise it will happen but we can promise an open ear and an open mind. 

 

Can I get your art tattooed?
One thousand percent yes. If you are moved by the work here please do not hesitate to put it on your body forever. No payment needed. If your tattoo artist requires permission or a Tattoo Ticket from the original artist please show them this! (Ticket will be added to shop soon as result of frequent request)

 

I know you said 'no payment needed' to tattoo but I still want to support you! How can I?
The 'Tip the Artist' item in the shop has been specially designed to not charge tax or shipping if it is the only thing purchased. There is also a 'Support the Artist' button at the bottom of the Whiskey Rabbit Linktree and a tip button through Whiskey Rabbit's TikTok profile.
